During the Spring Break Season, March 11 through April 12, there are special requirements for staying at this property. All guests must be 21 years of age, and are required to show photo identification before being admitted into the hotel. No more than four occupants to a room. All guests must have a valid credit card in their name at check-in. A $100.00 security deposit is required per person in the room.
