Bear right on ramp at sign reading "Exit Four Brooklyn-Queens Expressway to Verrazano Narrows Bridge and I-278 West" and go Southwest for 0.4 miles. Bear right on Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Bqe East and go Southwest for 0.5 miles.
Continue on ramp at sign reading "I-278, Bqe and go South for 500 feet. Bear left on Brooklyn Queens Expressway, I-278, Bqe and go Southwest for 2.4 miles. Continue on ramp at sign reading "Exit 35 I-495 L.I. Expressway to Midtown Tunnel/Eastern L.I./Greenpoint Avenue and go West for 0.4 miles. Continue on I-495 and go West for 2.7 miles.
Turn right on ramp and go Northwest for 900 feet. Turn left on East 37th Street and go Northwest for 300 feet. Turn right on Third Avenue and go Northeast for 0.4 miles. Turn right on East 46th Street and go Southeast for 300 feet to property.
