150 E. 50th Street, New York, NY - From the John F. Kennedy Airport take Van Wyck Expressway North to Exit 12B. Merge onto Long Island Expressway to the Midtown Tunnel. Exit 1st Avenue then take 1st Avenue to 51st Street and turn left. Proceed to Lexington Avenue and turn left. Go one block to 50th Street. Hotel San Carlos is situated on 50th Street in between Lexington and 3rd Avenue.
From the LaGuardia Airport take Northern Boulevard to 59th Street Bridge. Then make a left onto 1st Avenue and go to 51st Street. At 51st Street make a right onto Lexington Avenue. Continue on Lexington and make a left turn onto 50th Street. Hotel San Carlos is situated on 50th Street in between Lexington and 3rd Avenue.
