Stay straight to go onto US-101 N.
Take I-80 E towards BAY BRIDGE/OAKLAND/SEVENTH ST/(US-101 NORTH).
Merge onto I-80 E.
Take the SEVENTH ST exit towards (US-101 NORTH).
Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp.
